1. Who we are
Stacking Capital LLC ("Stacking Capital," "we," "us") operates this website and offers The Bankable Blueprint™, a one on one capital advisory program for established business owners. Stacking Capital is a capital advisory firm. We are not a lender, a bank, a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a credit repair organization, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting a form, booking a call, or enrolling in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. The advisory service
The Bankable Blueprint is an advisory engagement. We analyze your credit profile and business, prepare your file, and sequence funding applications that you submit with your advisor. Lending decisions are made solely by banks and financial institutions. We map the path; the banks make the decisions.
Funding outcomes depend on each client's credit profile, business, financial condition, and completion of the program. Any minimum funding guarantee applies only to qualified clients who complete the program, and its exact terms are provided in writing in the client agreement, which governs over anything on this website.
4. No guarantee of specific results
Client results shown on this site are real, but they are not a promise of your specific results. Approvals, limits, interest rates, and 0% promotional periods are set by the issuing institutions and vary by applicant.
5. Fees
The program is offered for a one-time flat fee for the advisory engagement, quoted on your call. We do not charge a percentage of funding obtained. Fee terms, refund terms, and any financing arrangements are set out in the client agreement.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself and your business.
- Do not misrepresent income, revenue, or any application detail to us or to any lender.
- Use the site and the program only for lawful business purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Bankable Blueprint™, The Bankable Scan™, and all site content, frameworks, and materials are the property of Stacking Capital LLC and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
8. Communications
By submitting your contact information you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email about your inquiry and the program. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacking Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability related to the program is governed by the client agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the version in effect.
